Product Identification and Technical Verification
For encoder quotations, customers should provide the complete model code, shaft or hollow-bore dimensions, flange type, resolution, pulses per revolution, supply voltage, output circuit, communication interface, cable or connector configuration and required protection rating.
Interfaces may include HTL, TTL, SSI, BiSS, CANopen, PROFIBUS or application-specific motor-feedback protocols. Required ATEX, IECEx, SIL or Performance Level certification must be confirmed for the exact configuration.
For counters, relays and printers, provide the supply or coil voltage, contact arrangement, mounting method, input signal, printing width and communication requirements. Compatibility should not be determined from the basic series name alone.
