The Air Torque AT051U is a compact pneumatic quarter-turn actuator using a dual-piston rack-and-pinion mechanism. It corresponds to actuator size DR/SC00015U in the Air Torque Edition 2010 catalogue and is available as double acting DR/DL or spring return SC/SO. Before quotation, confirm the complete order code, operating mode, spring set, air pressure, fail position, ISO 5211 flange, output square, temperature version and protection level.
The Air Torque AT051U is the international type marking for the DR/SC00015U actuator size in the Edition 2010 pneumatic actuator range. Its dual-piston rack-and-pinion mechanism converts compressed-air pressure into a nominal 90-degree rotary movement for operating quarter-turn valves.
The actuator is configurable as double acting DR/DL or spring return SC/SO. The double-acting DR version produces 19.9 N·m at 6 bar and has a maximum rated supply pressure of 8 bar. Spring-return output depends on the selected S1–S8 spring set and supply pressure. Standard mounting is ISO 5211 F04, with optional F03 and F05 interfaces.
AT051U alone is not a complete order code. The quotation must identify the operating mode, rotation direction, spring set, fail action, mounting flange, output square, temperature version, protection version and required accessories.
