Air Torque AT101U is a compact 90° rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator platform designed to automate quarter-turn valves. It is available in double-acting (D) and spring-return (S05-S12) configurations. The complete ordering code must confirm the action type, spring set, ISO 5211
Air Torque AT101U belongs to Air Torque’s 4th Generation Upgrade rack-and-pinion actuator range. Its opposed-piston design provides balanced torque for 90° quarter-turn valve operation. The standard unit uses an anodized and coated aluminium body and end caps, an electro-nickel-plated steel drive shaft and M-NBR seals. It accepts dry or lubricated air, or compatible inert and non-corrosive gases.
The AT101U base size supports double-acting and spring-return configurations. For the double-acting version, catalogue torque is 14.7-46.9 N·m from 2.5 to 8 bar, including 32.2 N·m at 5.5 bar. Standard mounting is ISO 5211 F05+F07 with an ISO 228 G 1/8 air connection.
