The DUNGS VB-100, item 274663, is a DN100 flanged ValveBody for the MBE Generation E GasMultiBloc system. It combines two spring-loaded safety shutoff valves in one housing and requires two separately selected DUNGS ValveDrive actuators for operation.
The DUNGS 274663 VB-100 is the DN100 ValveBody component of the modular MBE Generation E GasMultiBloc system. It combines two spring-loaded safety shutoff valves in one aluminium housing. The valves remain closed when their compatible ValveDrive actuators are de-energised.
The VB-100 has DN100 raised-face flanged connections according to EN 1092-1 PN16 and a maximum inlet pressure of 70 kPa or 700 mbar. It is classified as Class A according to EN 161 and Group 2 according to EN 13611. The permitted ambient temperature is -20 °C to +60 °C. Gas-conveying seals for the VB-100 are VMQ based.
It is suitable for gas families 1, 2 and 3, dry 100% hydrogen, biogas and digester gas containing up to 1.0 vol.% dry H2S. A suitable gas filter must be installed upstream.
Item 274663 identifies the ValveBody only. Each ValveBody requires two compatible ValveDrive units. VD-V drives provide safety shutoff operation, while a regulating configuration requires a suitable VD-R drive, PressureSensor and related accessories. Drive voltage, regulation function, proof-of-closure option and pressure range must be selected separately.
