The DUNGS DMV-D 507/11 is a fast-opening double solenoid safety shut-off valve that combines two normally closed EN 161 Class A Group 2 valves in one compact housing. It is designed for gas trains in burners, boilers, furnaces and industrial combustion systems, with a maximum operating pressure of 500 mbar.
The DUNGS DMV-D 507/11 is a compact double solenoid safety shut-off valve containing two normally closed, single-stage automatic shut-off valves in one housing. Both valves comply with EN 161 Class A Group 2 and provide fast opening and fast closing in less than one second.
The valve is designed for gases of families 1, 2 and 3 and other neutral gaseous media. It has a maximum operating pressure of 500 mbar, an adjustable main gas volume at valve V1, IP54 protection and 100% continuous-duty capability. An upstream gas filter is recommended to protect the complete gas train.
Depending on the selected flanges, DMV-D 507/11 can be configured with Rp 1/2, Rp 3/4 or Rp 1 connections. Standard electrical supply is 220–240 VAC, 50–60 Hz, while 110–120 VAC and 24–28 VDC versions are also available. Threaded flanges, electrical plugs and system accessories are ordered separately. Confirm the flange sizes, coil voltage, frequency, electrical plug and exact DUNGS order number from the nameplate before quotation.
