The DUNGS FRS 510 is a spring-loaded Rp 1 gas pressure regulator for maintaining a stable outlet pressure in burners, boilers, furnaces and industrial gas equipment. It supports inlet pressure up to 500 mbar and is supplied as standard with a blue 10–30 mbar outlet-pressure spring.
The DUNGS FRS 510 is a spring-loaded gas pressure regulator with an adjustable setpoint spring for maintaining a constant and stable outlet pressure. It complies with EN 88-1 Class A Group 2 and DIN 3380 and is designed for gas burners, boilers, furnaces and industrial gas equipment.
FRS 510 has an Rp 1 threaded connection and a maximum operating pressure of 500 mbar. The standard factory-installed blue spring provides an adjustable outlet-pressure range of 10–30 mbar. Alternative springs allow other outlet-pressure ranges between 2.5 and 200 mbar.
The regulator incorporates inlet-pressure compensation, a working diaphragm and a safety diaphragm. Outlet-pressure sensing is internal as standard, while an external pulse connection version is also available. G 1/4 pressure connections are provided on both sides.
FRS 510 operates mechanically and requires no electrical power. Confirm the required outlet-pressure range, spring colour, internal or external pulse configuration, gas flow and exact DUNGS order number before quotation or replacement.
