The DUNGS MB-DLE 407 B01 S20 is a single-stage GasMultiBloc multifunctional gas control integrating a fine-mesh filter, pressure regulator and two safety shut-off valves in one compact assembly. It provides a 4–20 mbar regulated outlet-pressure range with a maximum inlet pressure of 360 mbar.
The DUNGS MB-DLE 407 B01 S20 GasMultiBloc combines a fine-mesh gas filter, proportional pressure regulator and two automatic safety shut-off valves in one compact single-stage assembly. Compatible gas pressure switches and a valve-proving system can be added according to the required gas-train configuration.
Both safety valves comply with EN 161 Class A Group 2. Valve V1 is fast opening and fast closing, while valve V2 is slow opening with an adjustable hydraulic opening characteristic and fast closing. The main gas-volume restrictor is adjustable at V2. The pressure regulator complies with EN 88 Class A Group 2.
The S20 version has an adjustable outlet-pressure range of 4–20 mbar and a maximum inlet pressure of 360 mbar. Size 407 corresponds to DN 20 and can use Rp 1/2 or Rp 3/4 threaded flange combinations. Standard electrical supply is 220–230 VAC, 50–60 Hz, with IP54 protection and 100% duty cycle.
