The Endress+Hauser Proline Promag P 300 / 5P3B is a compact electromagnetic flowmeter for measuring conductive liquids, particularly corrosive chemicals and high-temperature process fluids. It combines a flanged sensor with PFA or PTFE lining and a compact transmitter supporting configurable I/O, digital communications, local touch operation and Heartbeat Technology. The Proline Promag P 300 / 5P3B is a compact, full-bore electromagnetic flowmeter intended for conductive process liquids. Its corrosion-resistant liner and electrode combinations make it suitable for chemical processing, desalination, water treatment and other applications involving aggressive or high-temperature fluids.
The sensor is available from DN 15 to DN 600 with PFA, high-temperature PFA or PTFE lining and several electrode materials. The integrated Proline 300 transmitter provides a dual-compartment housing, backlit touch display, optional WLAN, configurable I/O and multiple fieldbus or industrial-Ethernet protocols. Heartbeat Technology supports device verification and process diagnostics.
Because 5P3B identifies a configurable product family rather than one finished instrument, the final performance and construction depend on the complete order code. The line size, liner, electrodes, flange standard and pressure class, power supply, outputs, communication protocol, hazardous-area approval and required certificates must be specified before purchase.
