LAMTEC BurnerTronic BT300 is a modular burner management system that combines electronic burner sequencing, flame monitoring, valve proving and electronic fuel/air ratio control for oil, gas or configuration-dependent dual-fuel burners. Before quotation, confirm the exact BT320, BT330/BT331, BT335 or BT340/BT341 variant, supply voltage, actuator count, fuel arrangement, flame sensor, UI300, I/O and expansion or fieldbus modules; SIL 3 applies only to BT331 and BT341 in approved configurations.
The LAMTEC BurnerTronic BT300 combines an electronic burner control unit with electronic fuel/air ratio control in a compact modular platform designed for direct mounting on the burner. Standard functions include integrated flame monitoring, valve proving, support for flue-gas recirculation, operating-hours logging and start-up counting.
The selected variant determines the fuel arrangement and actuator capacity. BT320 supports up to two actuators; BT330 and BT331 support up to three actuators for oil or gas; BT335 supports simple dual-fuel operation without DFM300; and BT340 or BT341 supports dual-fuel operation with the DFM300 module. BT331 and BT341 are the SIL 3 variants.
Optional LCM100, LEM100, VSM100 and fieldbus modules extend the system with load control, variable-speed fan control, LAMTEC SYSTEM BUS integration, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus TCP or PROFINET. Oxygen trim and CO/H2 optimisation require the corresponding LAMTEC measurement and control equipment. The exact order number, voltage, fuel configuration, flame sensor, UI, actuator arrangement and optional modules must be confirmed before quotation or replacement.
