LAMTEC LT3-F is a fail-safe O₂/COe lambda transmitter designed for use with one KS1D combination probe and a compatible LAMTEC burner-management system for adaptive CO/H₂ combustion optimisation. It cannot operate as a stand-alone device; SIL 2 applies only to the complete approved system, and the full 657R50 configuration, probe, controller, software and process conditions must be confirmed before quotation.
LAMTEC LT3-F is a fail-safe, microprocessor-based O₂/COe lambda transmitter designed for use with one LAMTEC KS1D combination probe. Unlike the standard LT3, the LT3-F incorporates an additional monitoring processor. It simultaneously measures oxygen and detects oxidising flue-gas components such as CO and H₂, represented as the combined COe value.
When connected through the LAMTEC SYSTEM BUS to a compatible BT300, ETAMATIC, FMS, VMS or CMS burner-management system with integrated CO/H₂ control, LT3-F supports adaptive combustion optimisation and SIL 2 functional safety in accordance with the applicable certified system configuration.
The system measures O₂ from 0 to 21 vol.% and COe from 0 to 10,000 ppm. Compatible probe options include KS1D ECO, KS1D-BF and KS1D-Ex. Optional analogue and digital I/O, PROFIBUS DP, efficiency calculation and IP65 housing protection are configuration dependent.
LT3-F cannot be used as a stand-alone device. The complete order code, KS1D probe, burner controller, software configuration, enclosure, I/O modules, fuel and flue-gas conditions must be confirmed before quotation.
