The TLV FJ32-X QuickTrap is a stainless steel Free Float steam trap developed for reliable condensate drainage from steam mains and process equipment.
Its two-bolt universal connector allows the trap unit to be replaced quickly in-line, helping reduce maintenance time without replacing the complete piping connector.
The universal flange design allows the steam trap to be positioned correctly regardless of the pipeline configuration.
The FJ32-X uses TLV's Free Float mechanism with three-point seating to provide a steam-tight seal and reliable condensate discharge under changing load conditions.
A thermostatic X-element automatically vents air at temperatures close to steam temperature and incorporates a fail-open design.
Built-in screens in both the connector and trap body help protect internal components from dirt and debris.
The trap body is manufactured from cast stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
Available connection options include screwed, socket-welded and flanged configurations, with nominal sizes from DN15 to DN25 depending on the connector specification.
The maximum operating pressure is up to 3.2 MPaG, depending on the selected orifice, and the maximum operating temperature is 240°C. Maximum condensate discharge capacity can reach approximately 670 kg/h depending on pressure differential and configuration.
Typical applications include steam mains, process equipment, heat exchangers and industrial steam systems where reliable condensate removal and convenient maintenance are required.
Please confirm the required connector, nominal size, orifice number and operating conditions before purchase.
