The TLV GP10 PowerTrap is a mechanically operated condensate pump designed to transfer condensate from steam-using equipment and condensate collection systems without requiring electrical power.
The GP10 uses steam or compressed air as the motive medium. When condensate enters the pump body, the internal mechanical mechanism automatically controls the motive medium to pressurize the chamber and discharge condensate into the return line.
This operating principle makes the GP10 suitable for applications where gravity drainage is insufficient or where condensate must be lifted or returned against back pressure.
Because no electrical motor is required, the GP10 is suitable for industrial environments where simple, reliable and mechanically driven condensate recovery is preferred.
Typical applications include condensate collection tanks, heat exchangers, process equipment, steam heating systems and open condensate recovery installations.
