The TLV HR150A PowerDyne is designed to remove condensate from high-pressure and high-temperature steam mains. It is suitable for power plants, petrochemical facilities, turbines and demanding industrial steam systems.
The HR150A is a thermodynamic disc-type steam trap in the TLV PowerDyne series. It uses a precision disc mechanism to control condensate discharge while helping minimize steam loss.
The TLV HR150A supports a maximum operating pressure of 15 MPaG and a maximum operating temperature of 550°C, making it suitable for severe high-pressure steam service.
The TLV HR150A is available with socket-welded or flanged connections. The required connection type, nominal size and pressure class should be selected according to the piping specification.
