The Trolex TX6363 Infrared Gas Detector and Transmitter is designed for continuous fixed-point monitoring of methane or carbon dioxide in hazardous and demanding industrial environments.
The detector uses infrared sensing technology that provides long-term stability and resistance to sensor poisoning. Interchangeable pre-calibrated plug-in gas sensing modules simplify servicing and replacement while helping reduce maintenance requirements.
The TX6363 provides a local LCD readout of gas concentration, allowing operating conditions and gas levels to be checked directly at the installation point.
Depending on the selected configuration, output signal options include 4–20 mA, 0.4–2 V and 5–15 Hz, enabling integration with industrial monitoring, control and safety systems.
The detector is available with methane or carbon dioxide sensing modules. Methane configurations can be specified for different measurement ranges, while carbon dioxide versions are available for dedicated CO2 monitoring applications.
Its reinforced polymer housing is designed to resist electrostatic charge, and intrinsically safe versions are available for Group I and Group II hazardous areas.
Typical applications include mining, tunnelling, petrochemical processing, offshore installations, manufacturing and process plants, gas storage and distribution, wastewater treatment, power generation and other industrial gas monitoring applications.
Please confirm the required gas type, measurement range, output signal and certification before placing an order.
