The DFC is a multi-parameter mass flow controller for gases that combines accurate flow measurement with an integrated control valve for automatic gas flow regulation.
For air applications, the DFC is available with flow ranges up to 1400 ln/min, depending on the selected configuration.
The DFC can provide mass flow, volumetric flow, normalized flow, pressure and temperature measurement while controlling gas flow.
The DFC supports RS-485 Modbus RTU and analog output, with optional PROFINET and EtherCAT interfaces depending on configuration.
