The DFM is a multi-parameter mass flow meter for gases that measures mass flow, volumetric flow, normalized flow, pressure and temperature in one device.
For air applications, the DFM is available with measuring ranges up to 1400 ln/min, depending on the selected configuration.
The DFM can measure mass flow, volumetric flow, normalized flow, pressure and temperature.
The DFM supports RS-485 Modbus RTU and analog output, with optional PROFINET and EtherCAT interfaces depending on configuration.
