The Vögtlin SmartTrak 100M is a capillary mass flow meter and controller designed for accurate measurement and control of gas flow in medium-flow applications.
Depending on configuration, the SmartTrak 100M supports flow ranges from approximately 0–20 ln/min up to 0–200 ln/min.
The SmartTrak 100M supports multiple gas configurations and can be used for specialty gases, clean gases and various industrial gas applications.
The wetted parts are available in 316L stainless steel, providing excellent compatibility for many clean and corrosive gas applications.
Typical applications include laboratory gas systems, process gas control, analytical equipment, research systems, specialty gas delivery and OEM machinery.
