The Air Torque AT301U is a base actuator size within the aluminium 4th Generation Upgrade rack-and-pinion series. It provides nominal 90° quarter-turn movement and can be ordered as a double-acting D actuator or as a spring-return actuator using an S05-S12 spring set.
Double-acting output torque ranges from 66.5 N·m at 2.5 bar to 213 N·m at 8 bar, with a catalog value of 146 N·m at 5.5 bar. Spring-return output torque and the fail position depend on the selected spring set, supply pressure and assembly orientation.
